Dear Creditors,

Hon'ble NCLAT vide its orders dated 17.10.2022 and 11.01.2023, has put a stay on the further steps in the CIRP of M/s Ajnara India Ltd. and has directed the IRP to supervise the construction with support and cooperation from the ex-management, employees and other officers. The above orders are available for perusal at the CIRP website https://www.ajnaraindiacirp.in. In view of the above orders, the collection of claims has temporarily been suspended till further directions from Hon'ble NCLAT.
